Role Overview

Role Overview
Visual Merchandising Executive within the Fragrances & Beauty Middle East and India Marketing Team.
The role implements wholesale visual merchandising strategy across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE.
The role reports to the Regional Merchandising Manager and works with Head Office, local markets, suppliers, boutiques, and internal stakeholders.
Campaign Execution
- Develop regional visual merchandising guidelines and locally relevant campaign assets.
- Create three-axis planograms, manage visual and movie orders, and provide campaign forecast recommendations.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports covering execution, feedback, and key learnings.
Production and Budget Management
- Coordinate suppliers across the visual merchandising calendar and multi-channel distribution landscape.
- Ensure materials meet CHANEL quality and brand-image standards and track installation timelines.
- Manage invoicing and budgets by product line and market and prepare budget meetings.
