Fashion Advisor position based in a fashion boutique at The Dubai Mall.
The role is part of the sales team and focuses on luxury client experience and sales development.
Client Experience
- Create a luxurious experience for every customer entering the boutique.
- Welcome clients appropriately to build strong relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
- Ensure sales and procedures are followed accurately.
- Present the Chanel full allure and offer the best of the brand to every client.
- Build client relationships based on Chanel core values.
- Create a transformative experience reflecting the Chanel style.
- Engage clients beyond the product experience through aftersales activities.

Boutique Organization
- Maintain grooming standards in line with Chanel image guidelines.
- Maintain boutique areas according to current merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and restocking.
- Work effectively with colleagues and management in line with Chanel values.
Role Impact

Key Competencies and Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a fashion retail environment is required.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients is required.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellence are required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills are required.
