Position Context
- The position is based in a fashion boutique at The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi.
- The role reports to the Operations Manager and works with clients, Fashion Advisors, Sales Managers, Operations, and Legal teams.
Cashiering and Client Service
- Receive payments in compliance with company procedures and guarantee secure transactions.
- Create a unique client experience throughout the cashiering process.
- Manage cashiering tasks on internal transaction systems.
- Enter and update client information for client account creation and editing.
- Reconcile client accounts and transactions.
Transactions and Reporting
- Process payments, refunds, exchanges, and point-of-sale operations accurately.
- Perform opening and closing cash procedures.
- Deactivate RFID sales tags.
- Provide end-of-day reports to the duty manager.
Compliance
- Strictly follow anti-money laundering procedures.
- Conduct sanctions screening and submit relevant reports to the Legal team.
- Uphold company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a cashier in the retail sector is required.
- Experience within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Attention to detail is required.
