Role Overview
Six-month temporary Beauty Advisor position based in CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty Boutique at Dubai Hills.
The role is part of the sales team covering make-up, fragrances, and skincare.
The position focuses on memorable client experiences, client loyalty, and boutique performance.
Brand and Client Experience
- Share CHANEL's brand heritage, know-how, values, and culture with clients and colleagues.
- Follow beauty trends, develop product knowledge, and act as a brand ambassador.
- Create tailored experiences, provide personalized solutions, and deliver excellent client service.
- Welcome clients, build relationships, handle requests and complaints, and support loyalty.
- Develop cross-selling across all boutique categories and maintain a personal client database.
- Participate in beauty events and workshops organized for clients.
Boutique Operations
- Maintain the boutique in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support daily boutique operations and provide appropriate reports to the Manager.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.
Key Competencies and Requirements
- At least five years of Beauty Advisor experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or Russian is advantageous.
- Passion for make-up and beauty, with a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an intercultural approach.
