Role Overview
Six-month temporary position based in the Fragrance and Beauty Boutique at Dubai Hills.
Join the sales team across make-up, fragrances, and skincare.
Create memorable client experiences and build long-term client relationships.
Client and Brand Experience
- Share CHANEL's brand heritage, know-how, and culture with clients and colleagues.
- Create personalised experiences and recommend solutions according to CHANEL standards.
- Welcome clients appropriately and build brand loyalty.
- Handle client complaints and requests according to guidelines.
- Build a personal client database and conduct clienteling with the Manager.
- Participate in beauty events and workshops for clients.
Boutique Operations
- Maintain the boutique according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in boutique operations and provide reports to the Manager.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Support daily operations and continuously develop beauty knowledge and skills.
Key Requirements
- At least five years of Beauty Advisor experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic or Russian language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for make-up and beauty and a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and intercultural approach.
- Willingness to follow beauty trends and pursue continuous self-learning.
