Role overview
Fashion Advisor position based in the fashion boutique at The Dubai Mall.
The role is part of the sales team and contributes to sales and client experience across Chanel fashion and luxury product categories.
Client experience and sales
- Create a luxurious experience for every customer and welcome clients in line with Chanel service standards.
- Build client relationships, encourage brand loyalty, and present the full Chanel product experience.
- Contribute to sales of ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches, and fine jewelry.
Boutique organization
- Maintain grooming standards and boutique areas according to Chanel guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and restocking.
- Work collaboratively with boutique management, sales, visual merchandising, stock, alterations, aftersales, security, training, and corporate teams.
Key competencies and requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a fashion retail environment.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills.
