Role Overview
The Territory Supervisor manages sales, distribution, and commercial execution across Wholesale, Key Accounts, and General Trade in a designated Saudi territory.
The role works with distributor sales teams and key customers to grow product categories, strengthen market presence, and improve execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales, distribution, and commercial performance across multiple customer channels.
- Work closely with distributor sales teams and key customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve product availability and distribution.
- Adapt commercial strategies across Wholesale, Key Accounts, and General Trade.
- Engage with the market to understand customer behaviour and competitive activity.
- Coach and develop distributor sales capability.
- Use performance data and market insights to influence decisions and improve results.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience is required.
- Experience managing multiple categories and sales channels is preferred.
- Proven experience working with distributors and distributor sales teams is required.
- FMCG or tobacco sector experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales execution, distribution, and commercial performance is required.
- Ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities is required.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Arabic and knowledge of the Saudi retail and distribution environment are desirable.
