Lead HR operations across the UAE and selected GCC markets.
Ensure efficient HR service delivery, consistent processes, local labour-law compliance, and a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple GCC countries.
- Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, leave, and end-of-service processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Maintain HRIS and employee data and provide HR reports and dashboards.
- Oversee visa, work permit, and immigration processes.
- Standardize and improve HR processes, SOPs, and service delivery.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and regional business leaders.
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of HR experience with strong HR Operations exposure.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or regional role.
- Experience supporting multiple GCC countries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and wider GCC employment practices.
- Experience with payroll, HR systems, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is advantageous.
