Provide operational HR support and strategic advisory to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, structure effectiveness, capability building, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR consulting across performance management, recruitment, termination, rewards, and employee relations.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, and M&A integration initiatives.
- Implement HR programs and drive effective business adoption and execution.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
- Advise senior leaders and align people strategies with business priorities.
- Improve HR processes and contribute to organizational performance.
Role Expectations
- The role is expected to be approximately 80% operational execution and 20% strategic contribution.
- Translate business requirements into practical HR solutions.
- Work closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple HR priorities with a strong commercial and business perspective.
Eligibility
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience across operational HR and strategic people initiatives is required.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent, performance management, and employee relations is highly relevant.
