A major international pharmaceutical business is appointing a Marketing Director in Dubai.
The newly created role owns international marketing strategy, product launches, market expansion and portfolio growth.
The role offers significant autonomy, senior leadership exposure and responsibility across emerging markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead international launches and go-to-market strategies across multiple countries.
- Support new market entry and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Build market-specific strategies and work closely with local teams to drive execution.
- Improve established brand performance and share best practices across markets.
- Shape the international marketing agenda and take products from pipeline through commercial launch.
- Spend approximately 50% of the time travelling internationally and working in-market.
What the Employer Seeks
- 10+ years of strong prescription pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally across multiple markets.
- Proven experience launching new products and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong strategic capability combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and travel internationally approximately 50% of the time.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai and involves significant in-market work and approximately 50% international travel.
