Position Overview
Lead finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia in a complex multinational environment.
Manage financial management, accounting, treasury, tax, legal entity governance, and operational effectiveness.
Lead a team of approximately 10 and partner with senior country and regional leadership.
Act as a strategic partner while safeguarding strong financial controls.
Role Scope
- Influence key commercial and financial decisions for the Saudi operation.
- Drive process simplification and operational efficiency.
- Manage IFRS reporting, transfer pricing, treasury, tax, and legal entity financial management.
- Interact with senior country and regional stakeholders, external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors, and government authorities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Strong experience in a complex, globally operating multinational organization.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury, and legal entity financial management.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory, and business environment.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
