The role combines enterprise spend intelligence with tactical vendor negotiations across international operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze OPEX, CAPEX, contractor, and equipment spend across international operating divisions.
- Build spend dashboards, cost baselines, and savings realization trackers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements for small- and mid-tier spend categories.
- Manage vendor mapping, supplier scorecards, onboarding verification, and consolidation opportunities.
- Support technical purchasing, CAPEX approvals, RFQs, and reference pricing.
- Support purchasing rules, delegated approval controls, audit records, and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with operational, technical, and finance leaders across global time zones.
Target Background
- At least 5 years of purchasing experience in commercial analysis, supplier relationship management, and sourcing execution.
- Experience in project-driven businesses, systems integration, ELV or construction contracting, technical media, or specialized project services.
- Strong analytical capability combined with hands-on vendor negotiation experience.
- Confident communication skills and adaptability across international time zones.
Software and Qualifications
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms and BI dashboards is advantageous.
- CIPS qualification is strongly preferred.
