About the Client

  • Our client is a growing organization seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information across its supply chain operations.

The Role

  • The Supply Chain Coordinator will support procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a reliable and cost effective supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
  • Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support supplier communication and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare operational reports and inventory updates.
  • Assist with demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
  • Good understanding of inventory and procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
