Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- 6+ years of retail experience, including store management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead retail teams and achieve commercial targets
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong commercial and analytical abilities
- Experience using retail management systems
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage
