- Develop detailed project schedules and work programs
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines
- Analyze schedule performance and identify project risks
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate planning activities with project managers and site teams
- Update project schedules based on actual progress
- Conduct critical path and delay analysis
- Support resource planning and workload forecasting
- Assist in preparing recovery plans where required
- Maintain project planning documentation and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering
- 4+ years of project planning experience
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Experience working on engineering or construction projects
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Fluency in English is required
