- Proven experience managing innovation and product development projects
- Strong project management and technical leadership capabilities
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English

The Role
- The Research & Development Manager will lead the organization’s research and development function, overseeing innovation projects, product development initiatives, and technical research activities.
- Working closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams, the successful candidate will drive innovation while ensuring commercial viability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong project management and technical leadership capabilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
