- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable
- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background in organizational transformation and executive talent management
- Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM SCP are advantageous
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable

The Role
- The CHRO will provide executive leadership across talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR transformation while acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
