About the Client

  • Our client is a well established organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational performance and ensure the efficient delivery of business objectives.
  • The company is focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening cross functional collaboration, and maintaining high standards of service and execution.

The Role

  • The Operations Manager will lead day to day business operations while developing processes that improve productivity, quality, and overall organizational performance.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure operational activities align with strategic objectives and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operational activities across assigned business functions.
  • Develop operational plans that support business objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance using established KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Lead operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management.
  • Coach, develop, and manage operational teams.
  • Support business continuity and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of operational management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational planning and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision making skills.
  • Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience within GCC markets is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
