Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of operational management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of operational planning and performance management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience within GCC markets is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage
