Responsabilidades principales
- Ofrecer tratamientos y una experiencia integral de spa de alto nivel, adaptándolos según las necesidades del huésped.
- Comunicarse con los huéspedes, registrar sus preferencias y hacer seguimiento de su satisfacción.
- Seguir el turno programado y la agenda diaria de citas.
- Gestionar existencias, suministros, equipos y productos del área de tratamiento.
- Mantener la limpieza, higiene y seguridad de las salas y equipos del spa.
- Cumplir procedimientos operativos, políticas y capacitación del spa.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos por el hotel.
- Registrar las ventas diarias y cubrir recepción cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos operativos
- Conocer todos los tratamientos ofrecidos y las promociones vigentes.
- Aplicar las normas de salud, seguridad e higiene correspondientes al spa.
- Mantener una apariencia profesional e higiene personal elevada.
- Ser puntual, adaptable y responsable por las propias acciones.
- Usar las cantidades de productos especificadas por el fabricante.
Compensación
- La compensación indicada en la descripción es QR0 por mes.
Entorno de trabajo
- El trabajo se realiza en áreas y salas de tratamiento de un spa y requiere presencia física.
