Room Service Waiter position in the Food & Beverage department at Kempinski Hotels in Dubai.

The role provides courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible food and beverage service to hotel guests.
Core responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service, explain menus and products, and answer questions about portions, ingredients, and potential food allergies.
- Upsell department items and take accurate orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.
- Communicate orders to kitchen staff, serve food and drinks, arrange table settings, and maintain tidy dining areas.
- Deliver checks, collect payments, monitor supplies and equipment, and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and all duties required at the assigned outlet.
- Handle guest enquiries, report complaints and feedback to supervisors, and ensure follow-up with guests.
Job requirements
- One to two years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in an international luxury five-star hotel is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
