About The Role

  • As Sous Chef, International Kitchen, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in leading culinary operations of a busy kitchen, ensuring high food quality and consistency across international cuisines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations during service
  • Supervise and mentor the culinary team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
  • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, stock management, and cost control

About You

  • Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in luxury hotel or high volume international dining
  • Strong foundation in international cuisine
  • Hands on leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of food cost management, menu engineering, and HACCP principles
