Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experience
- Greet and welcome guests warmly with a sincere smile and engaging presence
- Escort guests to lobby, outlets, or other areas; provide thorough room orientation per Forbes and LQA standards
- Offer the One Welcome experience upon arrival, including serving refreshing amenities
- Assist guests with luggage handling, car parking, and transportation arrangements
- Proactively support guests throughout their stay by responding to needs and anticipating special requests
- Create moments of joy by delivering personalized experiences and supporting in room setup
- Maintain in depth knowledge of all hotel outlets, operating hours, menus, facilities, and activities
- Be fully informed about property, local area, culture, arts, nature, and current events to provide recommendations
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and direct to appropriate team members when necessary
- Keep guests informed about on property events or temporary changes that may impact their stay
- Share VIP arrivals and notable guest movements in team WhatsApp group
Requirements
- High School completed; University Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with a strong eye for details
- Guest driven, team player, flawless communicator, passionate, well organized, flexible
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
