- Manage the guest experience from arrival through to departure, building strong relationships and tailoring each stay based on individual preferences
- Coordinate all guest requests, from reservations and in room services to personalized experiences such as unpacking, itinerary planning, and special occasion arrangements
- Anticipate needs and create meaningful, unexpected moments that elevate the stay
- Work closely with all departments to ensure flawless execution of guest services, maintaining clear communication and ensuring all preferences and requests are accurately captured and executed
- Be present and engaged, interacting with guests daily to ensure satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and continuously enhance their experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- Well presented, confident, and highly service driven

About The Role
- We are seeking an exceptional and highly personalized service professional to join One and Only One Zaabeel as a Host, delivering a truly bespoke and anticipatory guest experience.
- This role goes beyond traditional guest relations, acting as a dedicated point of contact and personal assistant, ensuring every aspect of the guest journey is seamlessly curated and memorable.
