About The Role

  • As Sous Chef, Aelia, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily operations of a vibrant, high volume restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure culinary excellence with exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Assist in managing and developing the kitchen team
  • Contribute to menu development, inventory management, cost control, and innovative dining concepts

About You

  • Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in luxury hotel or high volume all day dining
  • Solid understanding of international cuisine
  • Proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with understanding of cost control and stock management
