Role Overview
The role owns sourcing and day-to-day product management for a newly developing accessories business.
It is a hands-on, commercially focused position requiring manager-level autonomy in supplier, sourcing, and product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, manage, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers, particularly across Asia.
- Build seasonal accessories ranges and contribute to model, colourway, and gift-set selections.
- Coordinate with design, PLM, apparel, footwear, and licensing teams.
- Support product development from sourcing through launch while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track commercial performance, margins, and category economics.
- Help develop and scale new accessory categories internationally.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience is essential.
- Experience sourcing accessories in sports, fashion, lifestyle, or retail is preferred.
- Direct experience with Asian manufacturers and suppliers is required.
- Strong product judgement, design and colourway understanding, and commercial product selection skills are required.
- The candidate must be comfortable managing negotiations, minimum order quantities, pricing, and margins.
- Independent working ability, stakeholder coordination, and a strong commercial and product mindset are required.
