About the Role

- Develop sharp, differentiated messaging and positioning for Boomi Data Management
- Lead and execute the marketing strategy for data management, working closely with product management on launches
- Support Boomi's analyst relations program for data management leading briefings and inquiries
- Produce high quality content across the full funnel: case studies, white papers, solution briefs, demos, blog posts, and competitive battlecards
- Partner with sales to build and deliver enablement materials that help teams win in competitive deals
- Collaborate with the marketing programs team to design and execute programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption
- Track and analyze marketing performance, continuously refining strategies based on data and market feedback
- Monitor industry trends to keep Boomi's positioning sharp and relevant
- Represent Boomi as a subject matter expert at customer events, conferences, and webinars
- Contribute to an exceptional product trial experience that converts interest into adoption
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with most spent marketing data management solutions
- Proven track record of doing analyst briefings and driving submissions for major industry analyst reports
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable impact on pipeline and adoption
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
- Experience presenting at customer facing events, webinars, or industry conferences as a subject matter expert
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market data into actionable strategy
- Collaborative by nature, with experience working cross functionally across product, sales, and customer success
- Familiarity with agentic AI trends and how they intersect with the data management landscape
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The Experience You Bring
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with most spent marketing data management solutions at a data management vendor or a platform company with strong data management capabilities, this domain expertise is essential
- Proven track record of doing analyst briefings and driving submissions for major industry analyst reports (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable impact on pipeline and adoption
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Experience presenting at customer facing events, webinars, or industry conferences as a subject matter expert
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market data into actionable strategy
- Collaborative by nature, with experience working cross functionally across product, sales, and customer success
- Familiarity with agentic AI trends and how they intersect with the data management landscape
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Compensation
- Base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 158,000 CAD 199,000 annually + applicable bonus.
