- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Partner with subscription sales makers on value of Boomi Professional Services as part of Success Assurance program
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Architect, Engineer, or Consulting role with Account management focus
- Experience with Commercial IT organizations
- Ability to address topics such as business value and total cost of ownership
- Demonstrated ability to handle solution and services scoping to define a Statement of Work
- Experience collaborating with Systems Integrators
- Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects

The Experience You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Architect, Engineer, or Consulting role with Account management focus.

Compensation and Benefits
- On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from CAD 142,000 to CAD 178,000 annually.
- Final compensation determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
