The Senior Health Institutions Inspector conducts healthcare, ambulance, and emergency medical service inspections in the Emirate of Dubai.
The role covers compliance verification, field audits, inspection planning, violation monitoring, and reporting.
Inspection and compliance duties
- Conduct routine and unannounced inspections of licenses for healthcare facilities, healthcare professionals, ambulance vehicles, and ambulance training centers.
- Inspect ambulance devices and equipment for serviceability and compliance with approved technical specifications.
- Conduct field audits of emergency medical service providers during events.
- Develop and update inspection plans for healthcare facilities, training centers, and ambulance vehicles.
- Issue violations, monitor associated fine collection, and support procedures for non-compliance.
Reporting and records
- Prepare and submit reports related to healthcare and ambulance service inspections.
- Prepare periodic reports on inspection and monitoring outcomes for ambulance service providers.
- Prepare, review, and update databases for registered facilities, training centers, and ambulance vehicles.
- Prepare statistical reports on inspected facilities and training centers, including identified violations.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Nursing, an equivalent qualification, or a high school qualification.
- Diploma holders must have at least two years of experience in the relevant field.
- High school qualification holders must have five years of work experience.
Compensation
- The listed monthly salary range is AED 10,001 to AED 20,000.

- The role includes field inspections and audits across healthcare facilities, ambulance services, training centers, and events in Dubai.
