Job Description
Lead contracts and procurement activities for Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services.
The job category is Procurement.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice during preparation and implementation of operational plans.
- Develop procurement and asset-disposal standards in accordance with field best practices.
- Advise on contract templates and agreements for procurement and services.
- Analyze procurement requirements by quality and cost.
- Propose procurement and asset-disposal methods.
- Prepare studies on procurement and service contracts, challenges, and disputes.
- Identify legal gaps with the Legal Affairs Office.
- Review and update procurement and service contracts to protect organizational interests and avoid future disputes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A master's degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma in law, finance, or an equivalent field.
- A master's degree requires at least 3 years of contracts and procurement experience.
- A bachelor's degree requires at least 5 years of contracts and procurement experience.
- A diploma requires at least 11 years of contracts and procurement experience.
Compensation
- Monthly salary listed as 10001-20000.
