The role contributes field insights to inspection operation plans and supports operational improvements.
The position is part of the Inspection function within the Parking department.
Strategy and Operations
- Contribute field insights to inspection operation plans, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities for section leadership.
- Implement daily inspection operations in public and private parking areas, issue violations, and monitor asset use in line with regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and reports for non-fee and private-land parking, document findings, and ensure timely resolution.
- Study violation appeals, compile evidence, forward cases to designated committees, and execute decisions once issued.
- Verify inspectors' uniform and identification compliance and provide guidance to maintain professional visibility.
- Report field incidents or suspicious vehicle activity and coordinate with Dubai Police to support lawful action.
- Confirm valid permits before initiating control measures on company-operated sites.
Process Improvement
- Participate in developing and refining inspection procedures by submitting practical recommendations from daily field experience.
Physical Working Conditions
- Conduct frequent outdoor site inspections across parking zones and vacant lands.
- Perform extensive fieldwork during day and night, including emergency call-outs and accident assessments.
- Work in live traffic environments and unpaved sandy areas while following health and safety procedures.
- Use protective equipment, follow HSE protocols, and coordinate closely with field teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- High school education, or a diploma in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of post-high-school experience in a related field, or at least 2 years with a relevant diploma.
