Job Purpose
Conduct monitoring, analysis, and supervision activities to support smart control operations, transport compliance, and timely response to violations and service issues.
Improve daily operational efficiency by supervising teams, validating data, coordinating corrective actions, and guiding smart monitoring workflows.
Strategy Responsibilities
- Analyze gaps in e-Hail companies and recommend preventive measures to reduce violations.
- Review written violations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide input to reviews and updates of work guidelines, manuals, and procedures in line with legislation.
- Identify business requirements for smart monitoring systems and submit recommendations to relevant authorities.
Operations Responsibilities
- Provide data to authorities managing e-Hail companies and luxury transport entities to assess compliance with standards and policies.
- Provide data through smart systems to support control, inspection, and investigation procedures.
- Monitor rental vehicles, e-Hail companies, taxis, luxury vehicles, and public bus routes to support compliance and violation issuance.
- Coordinate with authorities regarding challenges and malfunctions observed in control systems.
- Maintain exempt vehicle lists, prepare monthly shift schedules, and follow up on implementation.
- Prepare monthly activity reports, conduct field visits, and manage complaints and corrective actions.
- Supervise daily monitoring activities, employee schedules, supervisors, and operators.
- Contribute to deploying taxis for events, malls, and Dubai-based activities.
Product and Process Improvement
- Support continuous development of Smart Control Center systems and operations to improve monitoring efficiency.
- Supervise execution and evaluation of evacuation plans for the Smart Monitoring Center.
- Supervise implementation of security and safety requirements within the Smart Monitoring Center.
- Escalate critical and non-critical issues according to the approved escalation plan.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 8 years of related experience is required with a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 13 years of related experience is required with a diploma.
Working Conditions
- The role is primarily office-based in the Smart Monitoring Center and includes field visits to support service quality.
