General Objective
Support the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and planning related to the fund's budget.
Analyze financial data and budget execution and recommend mechanisms for effective implementation and financial risk management.
Support the fund's strategic objectives in accordance with applicable legislation, plans, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement approved financial and accounting policies, systems, and procedures in line with international financial reporting standards.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure data, review financial transactions, and verify accounting entries.
- Review bank accounts, transfers, discounts, and related financial and accounting reports.
- Review project support or loan amounts and completion rates and provide recommendations.
- Analyze daily bank reconciliations, balances, account movements, and related changes.
- Review budget performance indicators and propose plans to mitigate financial risks.
- Participate in internal and external audits and review the fund's annual closing accounts.
- Collect and analyze data for annual and semiannual financial statements and verify compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate closing activities with subsidiary finance teams and analyze data affecting the consolidated balance sheet.
- Prepare budget and cash-flow data and maintain comprehensive financial records for related entities.
- Coordinate with tax operations on compliance and preparation and review of the final tax return.
- Prepare financial reports, address accounting matters and regulatory recommendations, and improve accounting procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in similar finance or accounting work is required; the source specifies three years for master's degree holders.
- CMA and CFA are listed as additional professional certifications.
Compensation
- The advertised monthly salary range is 20001-30000.
