Senior Finance Analyst

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial modelling process: cash flow, forecasting, business cases, scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Lead variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and translate findings into clear, actionable commentary for leadership
• Prepare and own the monthly board pack — financials, KPIs, narrative, and executive summary
• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across all business units and sites
• Analyse performance across multiple sites — revenue, margins, EBITDA, operating costs, and unit economics
• Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively, not just when asked
• Partner with department heads to track costs, challenge assumptions, and drive financial discipline
• Maintain data integrity and lead reporting automation initiatives
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure clean, reliable financial inputs

What We'Re Looking For

• **Qualified**
• ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent — non-negotiable
• **Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience**
• in a hands-on finance role
• Background in an
• SME or multi-site business
• — retail, F&B, fitness, hospitality, or similar preferred.

• Demonstrable experience building and owning

• Strong command of

Excel
