- Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, membership growth techniques, and sales management.
- Proficiency in managing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance standards.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
