Role Overview
- As a Membership Consultant for GYMNATION, you will be responsible for helping people achieve their fitness goals by selling gym memberships.
- You will work hard to generate sales leads and referrals through corporate events and upbeat outreach activities.

Key Duties
- Generating sales leads through referrals, outreach activities and corporate events.
- Working through your sales process to maximise new member join ups.
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.
- Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.
- Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.
- Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling.
What we are looking for
- Individuals with an outgoing and approachable personality.
- A real passion for fitness and health.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Experience of high volume sales, lead generation and referrals is ESSENTIAL.
Compensation
- Guarantee Minimum: 4000 AED
- OTE: 9000 AED +
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
