Responsibilities
- Create a calendar of member focused events, activations and experiences across all UAE locations
- Lead end to end planning and execution of all UAE events

- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship opportunities and activation plans
- Work closely with marketing team to maximise attendance, engagement and social reach for all events

- Track attendance, engagement, lead generation, partnership value and event ROI
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in events, partnerships, community marketing or experiential marketing
- Proven track record of planning and delivering successful events at scale
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify partnership opportunities and measure success

The Role
- We are looking for an ambitious, creative and highly organised Events & Partnerships Co ordinator to execute GymNation's events across the UAE.
- This role is responsible for creating and delivering a market leading calendar of events, activations and partnerships that drive member engagement, increase brand awareness and strengthen GymNation's position.
Event Delivery & Execution
- Create a calendar of member focused events, activations and experiences across all UAE locations.
- Lead the end to end planning and execution of all UAE events.
- Manage timelines, logistics, suppliers, permits, staffing, budgets and operational requirements.
- Deliver a mix of in gym and external events, including member parties, fitness challenges, competitions, community workouts, brand activations and launch events.
- Ensure every event is delivered to a high standard and creates a memorable member experience.
- Continuously innovate and introduce new event concepts that generate buzz, drive participation and enhance brand perception.
Partnerships & Community Development
- Build and manage a network of strategic brand, fitness and community partners across the UAE.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations that increase GymNation's reach, add value for members and drive commercial outcomes.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship opportunities and activation plans.
- Act as a key ambassador for GymNation within the UAE fitness and wellness community.
Marketing & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximise attendance, engagement and social reach for all events.
- Develop event concepts that create strong content opportunities across social media, PR and influencer channels.
- Support campaigns designed to drive member acquisition, retention and advocacy.
- Help create moments that members want to share both online and offline.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the UAE events and partnerships budget effectively.
- Track attendance, engagement, lead generation, partnership value and event ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to optimise future activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in events, partnerships, community marketing or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of planning and delivering successful events at scale.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
