Role Overview
Advise businesses entering, establishing, or expanding across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC.
Assess business models and growth objectives to recommend appropriate jurisdiction, entity, ownership, and operating structures.
Combine strategic advisory capability with commercial development and coordination of specialist teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead engagements covering corporate structuring, market entry, restructuring, and GCC expansion.
- Evaluate business activities, ownership, target markets, regulatory needs, operational requirements, and growth plans.
- Advise on UAE mainland and free-zone, DIFC, ADGM, KSA, branch, subsidiary, holding, and operating structures.
- Develop recommendations, options analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance, corporate services, accounting, and KSA specialists.
- Build and convert advisory opportunities through direct relationships and referral partnerships.
Client and Commercial Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery meetings with founders, investors, CEOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, jurisdiction comparisons, structure diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Explain the rationale, benefits, limitations, risks, and practical implications of alternative structures.
- Lead client presentations, support negotiations, and identify additional service opportunities.
- Develop relationships with professional advisers, investors, family offices, law firms, and accounting firms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including relevant KYC/AML information.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in advisory, consulting, corporate or transaction advisory, tax structuring, expansion, restructuring, investment advisory, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders and developing strategic business recommendations.
- UAE and/or KSA/GCC corporate structuring or market-entry experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
