Creation Business Consultants is seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Client Director for its Dubai team.
The role advises sophisticated international clients on structuring, expansion, governance, and wealth-planning solutions across the UAE and wider region.
The position focuses on understanding client needs, solving complex commercial challenges, and developing trusted long-term relationships.
Suitable Backgrounds
- Relevant backgrounds include trust and fiduciary services, corporate services, private wealth, wealth management, family office services, and international structuring.
- Accounting and tax advisory, private banking, and professional services backgrounds are also welcomed.
- Candidates do not need to be lawyers or tax advisers; ongoing training and development will be provided.
- Strong advisory and relationship-management experience is particularly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structuring, SPVs, trusts, foundations, governance, and international expansion strategies.
- Lead consultations to design compliant and commercially effective ownership, wealth, and business structures.
- Support UAE and Saudi market entry, regional growth, and cross-border operational requirements.
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients while driving revenue growth and retention.
- Develop relationships with intermediaries, referral partners, family offices, and professional advisers.
- Work with tax, compliance, and corporate services teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify expansion opportunities.
