Advise entrepreneurs, investors, multinational groups, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across the UAE and international markets.
Support clients with structuring, expansion, governance, and wealth-planning solutions.
Suitable Backgrounds
- Applications are welcomed from professionals in trust and fiduciary services, corporate services, private wealth, family office services, international structuring, accounting, tax advisory, private banking, or professional services.
- The role suits experienced client-facing professionals with advisory and relationship-management experience.
- A legal or tax adviser background is not required; ongoing training and development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structuring, SPVs, trusts, foundations, governance, and international expansion strategies.
- Lead consultations to design compliant and commercially effective ownership, wealth, and business structures.
- Support UAE and Saudi market entry, regional growth, and cross-border operational requirements.
- Manage high-value client portfolios while driving revenue growth and long-term retention.
- Build relationships with intermediaries, referral partners, family offices, and professional advisers.
- Work with tax, compliance, and corporate services teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify expansion opportunities.
