Role Objective
Lead operations, compliance, client relationship, and administrative functions across the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions.
Foster relationships with government agencies, oversee company procedures, manage licensing processes, and maintain accurate client records.
Lead and motivate the Client Relationship team, develop SOPs, provide training opportunities, and uphold exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team targets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team reports for the Commercial Director.
- Create and implement an annual operations team strategy plan.
- Formulate and review projects directed by the Commercial Director and create SOPs for each project.
- Maintain strategic partnerships and stakeholders across the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions.
- Contribute to company decision-making and implement best practices as a leadership team member.
- Ensure the CRM system is updated for all client projects.
- Oversee company incorporations, amendments, and government liaison applications.
- Manage Client Relationship, administrative support, and Public Relations staff.
Experience and Education
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- A degree in business administration, compliance, or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of corporate services or professional services experience within the UAE and KSA.
- At least 3 years of proven operational, project management, and customer support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Zoho.
- Knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets.
