About the Role

Responsibilities
- Architect and build custom SAP solutions using advanced ABAP and SAP BTP
- Develop, deploy, and maintain SAP Fiori applications and ODATA services
- Configure and manage secure data exchanges across enterprise landscapes using SAP Integration Suite
- Collaborate with functional analysts and cross departmental teams to translate business processes into technical designs
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure adherence to best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and deployment documentation
- Provide escalated technical troubleshooting and support for deployed SAP solutions
- Contribute to sprint planning and agile project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands on experience in SAP development roles
- Advanced proficiency in Object Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, forms, and custom enhancements
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP development, Fiori apps, UI5, and ODATA services
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite for hybrid landscapes
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and 'Clean Core' development principles
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Professional certifications in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Integration Suite are highly preferred

Job Purpose
- The job holder serves as a core technical expert within the SAP Product Team, specializing in the design, development, and deployment of robust applications, forms and extensions.
- This role encompasses delivery of scalable, high performance solutions using ABAP and SAP BTP within an S/4HANA Private Cloud environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and build custom SAP solutions utilizing advanced ABAP and SAP BTP.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain SAP Fiori applications and ODATA services.
- Configure and manage secure data exchanges across complex enterprise landscapes leveraging the SAP Integration Suite.
- Collaborate closely with functional analysts and cross departmental teams to translate complex business processes into sound technical designs.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, system configuration logs, and deployment documentation.
- Provide escalated technical troubleshooting and continuous support for deployed SAP solutions.
- Contribute to sprint planning and agile project execution.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Professional certifications in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Integration Suite are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands on experience in SAP development roles.
- Extensive project experience spanning analysis, design, implementation, and support phases.
- Proven track record delivering complex solutions within an S/4HANA Private Cloud architecture.
- Preferably have worked in consulting environments.
Core Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Object Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, forms and custom enhancements.
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP development, Fiori apps, UI5, and creating/consuming ODATA services.
- Strong working knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite for hybrid landscapes.
- Understanding of industrial processes; familiarity with Procurement domain developments is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and 'Clean Core' development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, technical proficiency, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively within a dedicated product team.
