- Review client specifications, inquiries, drawings, and tender documents
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Coordinate with overseas principals and manufacturers for technical clarifications, pricing, and proposal development
- Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Identify relevant tenders through ADNOC and other procurement portals
- Coordinate bid preparation activities within required submission deadlines
- Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and commercial requirements
- Support bid clarification meetings and post tender negotiations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in water and wastewater treatment
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in water and wastewater treatment solutions within the UAE
- Proven experience working with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, industrial customers, or government entities
- Experience with tendering, proposal preparation, and project sales
- Existing network within the UAE water, utilities, or oil & gas sectors is highly desirable
- Additional certifications related to water treatment or sales are an advantage

Job Summary
- The Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater is responsible for driving business development and sales of water and wastewater treatment solutions within the UAE market, with a primary focus on the oil & gas, energy, utilities, industrial, and government sectors.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and delivering technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
- The successful candidate will work closely with principals, technology partners, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users to promote PESD's portfolio of water and wastewater solutions while supporting the division's growth objectives.
Technical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Review client specifications, inquiries, drawings, and tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering, procurement, and project teams.

Qualifications

- Additional certifications related to water treatment or sales are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in water and wastewater treatment solutions within the UAE.
- Proven experience working with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, industrial customers, or government entities.
- Experience with tendering, proposal preparation, and project sales.
- Existing network within the UAE water, utilities, or oil & gas sectors is highly desirable.
