Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead our Nissan Retail Sales operation.
  • Reporting into the Retail Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, developing a high performing sales team, and driving showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the retail sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop, coach, motivate and support Sales Consultants to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and key KPIs, implementing action plans to improve results where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty, retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of complaints and concerns.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, gross profit and performance reports to management.
  • Utilise CRM and DMS systems to effectively manage leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Partner with Marketing to support promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with Nissan Dealer Standards, showroom presentation requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, QHSE requirements and safe working practices.

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.

Work Experience

  • 3–5 years' experience in a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor or similar automotive sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and business objectives.
  • Experience leading, developing and motivating sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer focused sales environments and dealership operations.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential; Arabic is an advantage.
