Overview

They manage client accounts, prepare technical quotations, and negotiate contracts while coordinating between e

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new client leads within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Analyze structural drawings and architectural plans to design customized, safe, and cost effective scaffolding systems.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Coordinate directly with internal Engineering Teams and logistics departments to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery on site.
  • Provide expert technical support, address on site client queries, and foster long term customer relationships.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 8 years of B2B technical sales experience in scaffolding, formwork, or shoring systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP 2000, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, compelling presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with construction managers and contractors.
