About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager – Nissan to lead the overall performance, growth, and profitability of one of the UAE's most established automotive brands.
  • Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role is responsible for defining and executing the brand's strategic direction.
  • This is a high impact leadership opportunity suited to a proven automotive sales leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the Nissan business across multiple locations within the UAE.
  • Develop and execute short and long term business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive achievement of sales, market share, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Lead and develop Retail Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Fleet teams, and support functions.
  • Monitor business performance through effective forecasting, reporting, and KPI management.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Oversee showroom performance, customer experience, and operational excellence across all locations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, HR, and Operational teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, key customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability.
  • Manage escalated customer matters and support the team in securing strategic business opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years as an Automotive General Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving demanding commercial targets.
  • Strong dealership operations and automotive retail experience.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer focused with a strategic and results driven mindset.
