Role Overview

haus & haus is building its Salesforce platform with an implementation partner and is moving beyond the initial implementation.

The Salesforce Developer will own ongoing platform development and help reduce reliance on external consultants.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for new functionality, integrations, Agentforce solutions, and the longer-term Salesforce roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for sales and operational processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain API integrations with property portals and third-party data providers.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for leads, conversion, agent performance, pipeline, revenue, and marketing attribution.
  • Develop a referral engine, customer journeys, automated sales workflows, and approval processes.
  • Develop AI agents and help shape the company’s Agentforce or AI strategy.
  • Review, improve, and maintain solutions developed by the implementation partner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a reliable, secure, and scalable platform.
  • Shape the Salesforce technical roadmap and architecture.
  • Establish development, documentation, and release management practices for the internal Salesforce capability.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience building and managing API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and permissions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a technical roadmap.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is desirable.
  • Sales and Marketing Cloud experience is desirable.
  • Agentforce or LLM integration experience is desirable.
  • MuleSoft or other integration platform experience is desirable.
  • Experience in real estate or another complex sales environment is desirable.

Role Expectations

The successful candidate should be hands-on and able to take ownership rather than work only from development tickets.

The role requires understanding business problems, challenging requirements where appropriate, designing solutions, and building them.

Confidentiality, discretion, and strong data security practices are essential because the platform contains sensitive customer, sales, and financial information.
