Role Overview
Sales professionals will join haus & haus in Dubai's real estate market.
The role focuses on long-term client relationships and outstanding customer service.
Career progression may lead to management after success as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant.
What You'll Do
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct market appraisals for listings.
- List properties on the Reapit CRM system.
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
- Act as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
- Maintain regular client contact and build relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Keep records of properties, clients, and owners.
What You'll Need
- A genuine passion for real estate and willingness to expand knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
Compensation
- Commission starts at 50% and can increase based on performance.
- The role offers unlimited earning potential.
- Regular incentives are provided monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
