The company is an award-winning real estate agency with expertise in residential sales and leasing, short-term and holiday rentals, off-plan and investments, property management, and commercial properties in Dubai.
The Account Manager will join the Holiday and Short-Term Rentals team.
Role Overview
Liaise between the company and landlords regarding queries and concerns.
Manage landlord relationships while working under pressure and using initiative.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead and control face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate exchanges between the client and the team.
- Negotiate additional properties to manage in order to maximize profit.
- Retain the business year over year.
- Cross-sell to other departments within the group.
- Understand property owners' core needs and address their needs quickly and professionally.
What You'll Need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service.
- Diligent, proactive, resilient, and strategic approach.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Holiday home experience is an advantage.
- Driver's license is essential.
