Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will join the Holiday & Short Term Rentals team.
The role focuses on developing landlord relationships and expanding the property portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Prospect landlords using the CRM system, Dubizzle, and database sheets.
- Onboard a minimum of eight properties per month.
- Handle referrals from internal agents.
- Meet landlords to secure signed agreements.
- Prepare and send financial projections to landlords.
- Build rapport with potential landlords daily.
- Conduct market reports and create presentations.
What You'll Need
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- A driving license and own car are required.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Confidence working in a commission-based environment.
