Role Overview
Join the growing Marketing team as a hands-on Content Creator.
Create visual storytelling and social-first content for real estate agents' personal brands.
Produce property walkthroughs, market updates, day-in-the-life content, and other social content.
What You Will Do
- Plan and run regular content shoots with agents across Dubai.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content.
- Capture high-quality photography for agents, listings, and social media.
- Direct and coach agents on camera to create natural, confident, and engaging content.
- Build and manage a shoot calendar while coordinating with agents and the wider Marketing team.
- Work with Social and Web teams to deliver content aligned with monthly content plans.
- Advise agents on personal branding, content ideas, and repurposing footage across their channels.
What You Will Need
- At least two years of experience creating video and photography content.
- Strong shooting and editing skills across video and photography, using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Confidence directing non-professional talent and getting the best out of people on camera.
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends, social platforms, and what performs.
- Creative eye and strong visual judgement.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy, changing shoot schedule.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate or a client-facing professional services industry is preferred.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is advantageous.
- Flexibility to shoot across Dubai, including occasional early mornings or weekends.
Work Arrangement
- Content shoots take place across Dubai, with occasional early morning or weekend work.
